however this time I continue to be wide awake until daylight and then I lay down and can not sleep. I toss and turn and get up, etc. I seem to be cold throughout the day and warmer at night and it is summer time in Maine. I do have alot of difficulties fibromylagia, chronic fatigue, degenerative disc disease, stenosis, herniations, pinched nerves, low thryroid, clinical depression, ptsd, and more. I am a 51 year old female. I also am suffering with allergies, mouth sores, tender throat and ears,coated tongue. My imune system feels comprimised.
