I recently slept with somebody I like without protection (stupid I know) and a few days later I had a couple of little bumps behind my correct knee that had been itchy. I read up symptoms of herpes on the world wide web and they say ‘red bumps/liquid filled blisters’ but these bumps had been just small and white and not liquid filled. They're pretty much gone now and not itchy. I have been freaking out that I have caught herpes and today I woke up with a sore throat and my entire body is itching and sort of tingling. I looked up symptoms of herpes and havent found symptoms like this. It said itching/tingling but much more within the genital/leg area but this is all over like legs/face/arms etc. but not my genital area at all. I’m not certain if this is perhaps related to stress because I am freaking out that I have herpes and imagining it!! But I absolutely have a sore throat and really feel usually unwell.
